Andrew works with clients to uncover Truth. Across mind, body, emotion, and spirit that Truth takes many forms. In its ideal, the journey towards Truth becomes a playful romp through metaphor and imagination. Occasionally it may also include holding your hand as you walk through your most vulnerable parts.
Andrew has worked with Harvard MBAs, Olympic athletes, Hollywood actors, startup CEOs, leading scientists and researchers, dancers, musicians and everyone in between. Through thousands of Hypnotherapy / Coaching hours being with people, Andrew has created his own way of working with clients to help them create meaningful lives, guided by Truth.
Andrew combines 15 years of experience inside of startups, marketing agencies and embassies with a vast array of healing practices including Hypnotherapy, Coaching, Embodiment, Breath-work, Somatic work, and more. He’s a master teacher and facilitator for the men’s organization EVRYMAN where he helps men develop emotional literacy and dexterity.

Kelly helps clients reconnect with themselves –and their essential nature– by shining a light on the roots of disconnection: limiting beliefs, past conditioning & societal pressures. Working with Kelly helps clients rediscover the gifts, talents and qualities they were born with, guided by their own inner compass to build lives of purpose, meaning and fulfillment.
Kelly has worked with Forbes founders, TED speakers, and business and technology leaders across big tech. He is a deep believer in the power of personal transformation in community -and draws from a deep well of lived experience.
Kelly combines 23 years of experience as a senior technology leader within startup, pre and post IPO companies in Silicon Valley with deep expertise in developmental coaching, self awareness and emotional intelligence through methodologies grounded in Social Science and Neuroscience, Integral Coaching and the Enneagram. He is an ICF accredited Integral Coach™️ and Integrative9 certified Enneagram practitioner.
