Gina Galli is a certified 200-hour E-RYT yoga instructor, Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Reiki Master, and Co-Creator of The Better Bones Exercise Evolution channel. For 11 years, she has collaborated with Dr. Susan Brown at the Center for Better Bones, sharing a common goal of empowering individuals to build physical strength through safe movement practices for bone health as well as vitality and vibrant health.

Dr. Susan Brown, PhD, is an esteemed author, anthropologist, nutritionist, and the visionary behind the Center for Better Bones and the Better Bones Foundation. With over 40 years of dedicated work, Susan has led the charge in advocating for a natural approach to lifelong bone health. She is the author of several acclaimed books, including the bestsellers "Acid-Alkaline Food Guide," "Better Bones, Better Body: Beyond Estrogen and Calcium," and "Better Bones Solution." Combining her expertise as an anthropologist and clinical nutritionist, Susan has seamlessly integrated ancient wisdom with cutting-edge science to develop her holistic six-step Better Bones, Better Body Program.

Guest Instructor- Isabella Wennberg- is a Reiki Master and certified yoga teacher since 2021 as well as Let's Your Yoga Dance instructor. With a deep passion for connecting with nature and the elements, Isabella guides others to tap into their intuition, embrace the present moment, and nurture their bodies and minds. She believes in the importance of activating feminine energy through community, connection, and self-love, empowering individuals to recognize their innate healing abilities.
