Immerse yourself in the Yogic Lifestyle, while earning your 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified Teaching Certification. The Level I Nature Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica will teach you the fundamentals of yoga asana, philosophy, anatomy, physiology, and psychology. You will learn the benefits and function of asana, meditation, mantra, and pranayama in order to teach others effectively. In these 28 days of deep jungle immersion with an exceptional team of teachers and peers, you will explore techniques, discuss and learn yoga philosophy and practice teaching.
